Keeping The New Years Resolution

The YMCA and other fitness centers are trying to eliminate something called Febuary fatigue. It is a known fact that although January is extremely crowded for gyms by Febuary that number is back to about its original count. This is because people have new year resolutions. They vow to work out, diet, etc, etc... But by the time thirty days is gone and the excitement for the new year has worn off so has the determination and spirit of those promises. YMCA is doing a new system that gives you a free seven week course of your choice with memberships now. This is so you make it through this stubborn month and can feel great for your spring break. I believe that new years resolutions are a good thing. Everybody should constantly try to better themselves, however, this is a commitment. You shouldnt celebrate something that you dont plan on doing. So I also support what the Y and many other gyms are trying to do. Kick that stubborn annoying disspointment of failure. Keep your promise, you have the means and now the resources to do it!
